NEW OWNERS - NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Golden Nugget Camper Park is owned and operated by Malaspina Glacier Investments, LLC, a locally owned corporation.  As of May 1, 2005, the Golden Nugget Camper Park. under new ownership and new management, started the season with new ideas and goals to better serve our customers.

Lottie Michael - a longtime Alaskan resident and Anchorage Realtor, is the managing partner of Malaspina Glacier Investments, LLC. and she is quite active in developing operational policy for the Golden Nugget to ensure our visiting guests have a very enjoyable and safe stay at the Golden Nugget while visiting Anchorage. 

Staff

Property Manager - Bernie Fraties, an Alaskan resident since 1974, brings forth professional managerial skills to our park.

Maintenance Supervisor - Sam O'Connor, born and raised in Alaska, +brings his talents and mechanical skills to our shop.

Reservations/Office Assistants Long time Alaskan residents shall assist you with your reservations and your stay at the Golden Nugget.

NEW ADDITION TO OUR PARK  

December 28, 2005 Lottie Michael (below in front of door) was instrumental in donating commercial space to the Anchorage Police Department to be used as a neighborhood substation (located 1 block from the Golden Nugget).
