RESERVATION DEPOSIT &
CANCELLATION POLICY
All Reservations Require a Deposit
Check, cash or credit card equal to one (1) nights stay. Check or cash should be presented at time of reservation or sent via U.S. mail within one (1) week of making reservation. All reservations will be held with a credit card number provided at the time reservation is made. Reservations for which a deposit has not been received will not be guaranteed.
Guests are required to follow the rules of our park.
A credit card used to make a reservation for holiday periods (Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc) will be immediately charged for one (1) nights stay, no refund given. For all other dates the credit card will be held to guarantee a site. No shows will be charged full price for length of stay.
Reservations guaranteed with a credit card that are canceled AFTER 1 pm on scheduled day of arrival will be charged for one (1) nights stay. Reservations guaranteed by check or cash will be refunded if reservation is canceled prior to 1 pm on day of scheduled arrival. All holiday cancellations require 72 hours (3 days) advance notice or will be charged full amount of stay.
